Review by hotel critic
The Cottage Village Restaurant immediately caught my attention-boasting an ambiance that effortlessly marries relaxation with elegance. My dining experiences here were thoughtfully curated, with dishes that draw inspiration from both Eastern and Western cuisines. Breakfast was a standout highlight. Each morning, I savored the extensive spread that featured tropical fruits, artisan breads, and specialty coffees. The pancakes were decadent, evoking that far-away feeling with every bite and providing the perfect fuel for my daily runs. As I indulged in the eggs Benedict, a hint of lime from the zesty seafood offered a refreshing contrast that remained in my memory long after. Sitting on the restaurant terrace, I felt the gentle sea breeze, and enjoyed light bites while watching the sun dip below the horizon. Even the light tap of crabs scampering along the shore made it a sensory experience unlike any other.
